With a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, Nathan has studied architecture, acoustics & lighting, HVAC systems & structural engineering. Nathan comes to Eleete from a twenty-year career in the structural engineering & the building industries with experience in residential & multifamily homes, small commercial buildings, forensic engineering, seismic retrofits, and construction in the City of Portland and the surrounding metro. Having grown up in Oregon and having lived in Portland for the last twenty plus years, Nathan is looking to leverage all his knowledge for you! His experience gives you an in-depth understanding of how homes were/are being built offering you a better understanding of the home. Nathan utilizes patience, active listing, and excellent communication skills to advocate for both buyers and sellers no matter where they are in the process.
